Rutledge Police Department Mourns Loss of Patrolman John David Holland
The Rutledge, Tennessee community is mourning the loss of Patrolman John David Holland, who passed away on April 2, 2026, at Fort Sanders Hospital following a triple bypass surgery. Holland, a dedicated emergency service professional for over 30 years in Jefferson County, joined the Rutledge Police Department last April.
